Workers Compensation: May not cover massage or has stipulations, so we do need to clear the treatments prior to your massage appointment, you still are required to have a Doctors referral.

Private Insurance: If you have your own insurance that covers massage we are more than happy to fill in paper work for you to submit to your insurance company, please note that in this case you will be required to pay at time of the appointment.
